- Please allow 24-48 hours for confirmation of availability. All orders are shipped within 48 hours. Business hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your merchandise. Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit has been made and a confirmation email or text has been sent. Body contouring services require a 25$ nonrefundable deposit via zelle. All post op services require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking price upon confirmation of availability. Deposits are only accepted through Zelle or Apple Pay, no cash app payments are accepted. The appointment Address will be sent 24 hours prior to appointment for body contouring services. - If you are on on your cycle or will be on your cycle at the time of your appointment, please reschedule your appointment for 3 days after your cycle is complete. If you have piercings or tattoos that are not healed, please reschedule your appointment after they have healed. If you have any kind of metals ( screws, plates, etc.) please set an appointment with your doctor to ensure that you are able to receive a radio frequency service.
- Body contouring services can not be performed on any individual currently undergoing dialysis, radiation, chemotherapy, or pregnancy at any stage. Clients must not actively be taking aspirin, fish oils, vitamin D, blood thinners, as well as an excessive drinkers due to potential underlying bleeding/bruising.
- Body Contouring can not be performed if you have the following: lymphedema, fibroids, pace maker/metal implants, diabetes, autoimmune disorder, epilepsy, skin disorders
- Cancellation Charge: If Company doesn’t receive payment in full by the Payment Deadline, then Company may immediately terminate the Agreement and keep any pre-payments received as a cancellation fee to compensate Company for the actual costs and expenses caused by the cancellation and compensate Company for it’s expected profits if Client did not cancel.
- Rescheduling Charge: Client must tell Company of any rescheduling requests at least 24 hours before the booked day for Services. Company will try to accommodate rescheduling requests. If Client reschedules then an additional fee of $50 will apply. There is no guarantee that the Company will be able to accommodate rescheduling requests.
- No Refunds: Client will not be entitled to a refund (whether a full or partial refund). If the Client cancels or requests to reschedule the Services within 24 hours of when psyched 2b bodied is scheduled to begin providing Services to Client or after the Services has begun no refund will be provided.
